In reference to the regulation of OJK Circular No.32/SEOJK.04/2015 regarding the Guidelines for Public Company Governance, we have and implement a code of ethics that applies to all levels of the organization.

The core points of the company's Code of Ethics are along these lines:

  1. Business Ethics; values or norms adopted by the Company as a reference, connecting Management and its Employees to their environment with the following scope:

    1. Compliance with Legislation

    2. Concern for Occupational Safety and Health and the Environment (K3LH)

    3. Ethics related to Stakeholders

    4. Management and Employee Work Ethics Standards

    5. Integrity and Accuracy of Financial Data

    6. System Integrity

  2. Behavior Ethics; the values or norms applied by all Employees and Leaders in everyday working with the following range:
    1. Conflict of Interest
    2. Confidentiality
    3. Protecting Company Assets
    4. Harassment and Violence
    5. Discrimination
    6. LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender)
    7. Political Activities and Radicalism
