Violation Reporting System

The company cannot ensure that all activities run in the designated corridor. For this reason, if violations are found, both internally and involving parties outside the Company, there is a reporting mechanism that ensures that each violation will be resolved following existing provisions. This mechanism also protects stakeholders from actions taken by the Company's employees that can interfere with the interests of the stakeholders.

The company's employees or third parties can submit complaints regarding accounting and auditing issues, violations of regulations, suspected fraud and/or suspected corruption, and violations of the code of ethics directly by e-mail to the following address:

Complaints must meet the following requirements:

  • Disclosure must be made in good faith and not constitute a personal complaint or based on bad will/slander.
  • The informant is obliged to state his identity clearly in the report prepared, accompanied by relevant supporting evidence. The report recipient must keep the identity of the informant confidential.
