The Company is committed and complies with the prevailing laws and regulations and supports the Government of Indonesia in eradicating corruption. Therefore, the Company establishes an Anti-Corruption Policy that applies within the Company by involving all Employees, Work Partners and Government agencies.

This policy applies to all members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Independent Parties to the Board of Commissioners Committee, and employees (both permanent, contract and non-permanent employees), as well as external parties including but not limited to consultants, advisors, outsourced, vendors or other parties who work for and on behalf of the Company.
